Even though collaboration is key, we all have experienced many constraints that affect purposeful collaboration.

Have you ever felt that team collaboration could be more effective?

We felt that too and we used the Design Thinking process (in-depth interviews, empathy exercises, prototyping, and testing across different teams from startups to Fortune 500 companies) to design a tool to solve these constraints.

Design Thinking as a human-centered process helped us understand that the answers to the collaboration’s roadblocks lay in the truth that people want to be motivated and find purpose in what they do… understanding the human that is behind is essential!

Thanks to the deep insights gathered during the Design Thinking process and by incorporating Innovationist Playbox know-how in using Agile principles and gamification we developed the Super Epic Collaboration game™🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

The Super Epic game™ is an effective collaboration tool to build high-performing teams by helping them overcome collaboration roadblocks & constraints, improve team dynamics, and enable psychological safety.

The game is a based on a series of levels where players progress together through compelling activities like ‘What is my superpower to destroy this mission?’ allowing the team to re-frame “the fear of failure” right at the start of a project, and, ultimately, set themselves up with the insights they need to turn failure into a win.

Corporate Innovation

As a grassroots corporate innovation initiative in a Fortune 500 Tech company, the Innovation Club needed a tool to effectively onboard new team members.

The team played the Super Epic game as a team building activity to help team members decode and align on their mission.

E-learning Program

We facilitated a play session of the Super Collaboration Epic game for the teaching team and a group of Alumni coaches of the course run for an online education platform.

The game aimed at helping the team explore their superpowers to bring about a successful mission (course run): 🙌 embody empathy, 🎆 spark AHA moments,💥 empower and bring new angles to learners.
